August Newsletter - Prospera Realty

Once a month I create a newsletter for Teresa Williams and Prospera Realty to email to her customer list of over 4,000 subscribers. I design the newsletter using MailChimp and include Teresa's recent listings. On the right hand side she allows me to put whatever I find interesting going on that month. I normally try to include two things related to the Tampa Bay area and two things related to customers nation wide (since she has many customers from out of the area).
